POGO II in her berth at the Pedro Miguel Boat Club. Pogo II is a CSY 44 walkover and was built in the Caribbean Sailing Yachts yard in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1978. Sarah and I had her built in June of that year, and as far as I know she was the first to be privately owned and not placed in the charter service.
She has served us well over the years of sailing and racing on the Caribbean and Pacific coasts of Panama and Colombia. The boat has been extensively modified over the years to improve an already great boat.
